Dr. Ali Ibrahim Ali is an Optometrist with extensive experience in both clinical practice and business management. He is a co-founder of Vision Care Association (VCA) and has been its Vice President since 2017.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Optics and Optometry from the Lebanese University (LU) and an MBA from the Lebanese International University (LIU) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Optometry at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) in South Africa.

He is also the founder and owner of OpticAli, a successful optical business established in 2018. His leadership and expertise were further recognized through his completion of the World Council of Optometry’s (WCO) Optometry Program in Advocacy & Leadership (OPAL). He continues to contribute to the field as a mentor in the OPAL program and as an active member of the WCO Public Health Committee.
